  22. Both modems are still manufactured.  Some of the major differences are
  23.  
  24. 1. No FLASH ROM
  25. 2. No NVRAM
  26. 3. No Distinctive Ring
  27. 4. No Caller ID
  28. 5. No Adaptive Answer or Silent Answer+
  29. 6. No Alphanumeric Display
  30. 7. No upgrade to 33.6 when it becomes official.

  32. If you can not get the SupraFAXModems locally, get them mail order thru a
  33. magazine ad.  The difference in cost is worth the difference in modem.

  35. Last time I checked, Computability had SupraFAXModems for $199.

  37. Supra's sysop price if you get them directly is $169.
